Anime Origins AFK Chamber Guide
Earn Gems while away. The Chamber does not replace active farming, but it fills the gaps between Rift spawns.
The AFK Chamber is a passive farming room in Anime Origins where your account earns Gems and rewards while you are not actively playing. It is not a substitute for Story Mode, Infinite Mode, or Raids, but it is a useful gap-filler between Rift spawns and a way to accumulate summon currency without sitting in front of the screen. This guide explains how the Chamber works, what it rewards, and how to use it without letting it replace the active progression that actually builds a team.
The Chamber launched alongside the 14 August 2026 Roblox release. It sits in a dedicated room accessible from the main hub. You enter, your units are automatically placed, and you receive rewards at intervals even if you are not actively controlling them. The exact reward table and income rate depend on your account level, unit roster, and how long you leave the Chamber active.
How the AFK Chamber works
Enter the AFK Chamber from the main hub. Your units are automatically positioned on preset tiles optimized for passive income. The Chamber runs a simplified version of the tower defense loop: units attack incoming enemies, earn cash, and generate rewards at fixed intervals. You do not control placement or upgrades during a Chamber session.
Rewards accumulate while the Chamber runs. When you return, you collect accumulated Gems, occasional Stat Prisms, and other resources. The longer the Chamber runs, the more rewards stack, subject to a maximum cap that resets daily. The exact cap depends on your Battle Pass tier and account level.
The Chamber is free to use. There is no energy cost, no entry fee, and no limit on how many times per day you can enter. You can leave and re-enter as needed. If a Rift spawns while you are in the Chamber, you can exit immediately to join the encounter.
What the AFK Chamber rewards
The primary reward is Gems. The Chamber generates a baseline Gem income that scales with your account level and the strength of your roster. Stronger units with better traits generate more passive income. This makes the AFK Chamber more rewarding for established accounts than for brand new players who still lack a full team.
Secondary rewards include Stat Prisms, Trait Rerolls, and occasionally Perfect Stat Prisms. These drop at lower rates than Gems but still provide meaningful accumulation over a full day of Chamber farming.
Optimal setup for the AFK Chamber
Place your strongest units before entering the Chamber. The Chamber uses whatever units you have positioned when you enter. A team with Bluma, a damage carry, and a support unit generates more rewards than a team of random Epics. If you have Bon (Purgatory), his income buff applies to Chamber rewards just as it does in active play.
Trait matters. Hustler and Looting increase income in the Chamber just as they do in active matches. If you are farming the Chamber overnight, put Hustler on Bluma and Overseer or Rupture on your carry before entering.
Level your account before relying on the Chamber. New accounts with few units and low levels generate minimal Chamber rewards. The AFK Chamber is most efficient once you have a complete team, multiple evolved units, and a high account level.
How the Chamber fits into progression
Use the AFK Chamber to fill idle time, not to replace active farming. If you are waiting for a Rift timer, leaving the Chamber running for an hour adds Gems to your next summon budget. If you are sleeping or working, a full overnight Chamber session can generate enough for one or two banner pulls by morning.
Do not let Chamber farming replace Story Mode or Raids. The Chamber generates Gems and minor resources, but it does not drop evolution materials, EXP, or the rare parts needed to evolve units.
Before a planned Rift session, run the Chamber for an hour or two to top up on Gems. When the Rift timer hits, exit the Chamber, check your rewards, and enter the Rift with a fresh Gem pile.
Common AFK Chamber mistakes
Entering with weak units wastes potential income. A full board of Level 1 Epics generates a fraction of the Gems that a team of evolved Mythics with good traits produces.
Forgetting to collect rewards is the most common error. The Chamber caps rewards after a certain duration. If you leave for 24 hours, the cap stops accumulation around hour 12 and the rest is lost. Check in every 8 to 12 hours to collect and restart the accumulation.
Treating the Chamber as a primary progression source is a mistake. Active play in Story Mode, Infinite Mode, and Raids provides evolution materials, EXP, and Trait Rerolls that the Chamber cannot match.
AFK Chamber and Rift preparation
Before a Rift session, the AFK Chamber is your pre-fight warmup. Run it for 30 to 60 minutes to accumulate extra Gems. When the Rift timer hits, exit the Chamber, check your rewards, and enter the Rift.
If a Rift is about to spawn and you are in the Chamber, exit immediately. Rift spawns are timed events. A missed Rift because you were AFK in the Chamber is a missed chance at Cursed Lover, evolution materials, and other Rift-exclusive rewards.
The Chamber does not affect Rift drop rates. Being in the Chamber or not has no bearing on what drops from a Rift. It only generates its own independent reward pool.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is the AFK Chamber in Anime Origins?
A passive farming room where your units earn Gems and minor rewards while you are away. It does not replace active play but fills idle time between Rift spawns.
How do I use the AFK Chamber?
Enter from the main hub, place your strongest units, and let the Chamber run. Collect accumulated rewards when you return. Check in every 8 to 12 hours to avoid the daily cap.
Does the AFK Chamber drop evolution materials?
No. The Chamber only generates Gems, Stat Prisms, Trait Rerolls, and occasionally Perfect Stat Prisms. Evolution materials still come from Story Mode, Raids, and bosses.
Can I AFK during a Rift spawn?
No. Rift spawns are timed events. Exit the Chamber when the Rift timer approaches so you do not miss the encounter and the Cursed Lover drop chance.
What units should I use in the AFK Chamber?
Your strongest units with income traits. Bluma with Hustler generates the most Gems. Bon with income buffs helps. A damage carry with good traits maximizes overall reward generation.
